| | | (How To) TURN THAT FROWN UPSIDE DOWN
| | Back in 2003, Robert A. Emmons and Michael E. McCullough published a study they had conducted on the effects of mindful gratitude. Though many in their field have always known about the benefits of counting your blessings, they were curious to find out if the simple act of feeling thankful would display the same benefits to those labeled clinically "depressed." For 21 days, the "untreatable, chronically depressed" subjects were given the simple task of writing down their blessings in a journal. All that came to mind, however great or trivial, such as the paper boy being so reliable to working out an issue with an employer, were noted and memorialized at the start and end of each day. The results after just 3 weeks were astonishing as these clinically depressed individuals reported greater levels of positive affect, more sleep, better sleep quality, and greater optimism and a sense of connectedness to others. They were more inclined to help people with their problems and noted a greater sense of well being. Almost all the who continued the exercise after the experiment was over were completely cured from their depression. "The experience of gratitude, and the actions stimulated by it, build and strengthen social bonds and friendships. Moreover, encouraging people to focus on the benefits they have received from others leads them to feel loved and cared for by others (Reynolds, 1983). Therefore, gratitude appears to build friendships and other social bonds. These are social resources because, in times of need, these social bonds are wellsprings to be tapped for the provision of social support. Gratitude, thus, is a form of love, a consequence of an already formed attachment as well as a precipitating condition for the formation of new affectional bonds (Roberts, in press). Gratitude is also likely to build and strengthen a sense of spirituality, given the strong historical association between gratitude and religion (Emmons & Crumpler, 2000; McCullough et al., 2002). Finally, to the extent that gratitude, like other positive emotions, broadens the scope of cognition and enables flexible and creative thinking, it also facilitates coping with stress and adversity (Aspinwall, 1998; Folkman & Moskowitz, 2000)." You see, there is a magical, wonderous transformation that takes place in our lives when we count our blessings. And I want to ask all our Healthy Americans, when was the last time you truly gave thanks and counted all your blessings? If you've been feeling sad or unmotivated lately, here's one way to turn that frown upside down! Start that gratitude journal and let us know how it's changing your thoughts and feelings. We always love to hear from you. | | | | Friends,
There are days when I wish I could just wake up from this nightmare... When I wish things could just "go back to normal"... When I cannot believe there are still so many living under the grip of evil.. And so many more who are willingly, eagerly and excitedly giving up their freedom for tyranny. It is astonishing...yet not unexpected.
My hubby Pastor David reminds me that there will be a great falling away, and many will choose the wide path of destruction. We are trying to pull as many as possible from the sea of evil and point them in the direction of Truth. Straight is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and few there be who will find it.
We are so glad you are on this narrow path with us. Your encouragement, along with your notes and cards and donations and prayers and support make all the difference. Make no mistake that God is using YOU powerfully at this time -- and we personally feel blessed hearing from thousands of you in this battle.
This just came in late last night:
"I'm a brand-new member of your Ministry and attended my first call yesterday. I was astounded by Peggy's dedication and commitment - 3 hours of relentless focus for a call that was supposed to be 90 minutes. Peggy, you are simply amazing! As I look closely at the materials I've gained access to today, I'm equally impressed by Pastor David's eloquence, forcefulness, and command of the law.
I do very much feel as though you have handed me a shield and sword when I needed it most, as I step onto the battlefield to defend the truth and my religious beliefs in regard to the body as a temple in particular.
Thank you both so much for educating me in regard to my rights, and especially for upholding the same beliefs as I have myself. I am SO impressed by everything you are doing to help others in these exceptionally unjust times. I hope to have a chance to meet you both in person someday,
I'm delighted to find a ministry like yours and people like you!"
Best Regards, Shawn S.

| | I have been binge watching all of your free videos on YouTube and educating myself on knowing my rights. I work for the pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer. I found out today that they "approved" my religious exemption. This process was so scary at first with the possibility of losing my job. I did not pay for any of your services and proceeded with binge watching many of your free videos. That has given me such a confidence boost with knowing my rights!!! To all the folks who think they have no choice but to loose their jobs, please do what I did and binge watch the free videos to educate yourself about your rights. God bless you Peggy for all of the work you and your husband are doing!
Sincerely, Pfizer employee ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I work for a major tech company. Mid Sept, they came down with the mandate for all employees to get the jab. I bought your packet and spent the majority of the following weekend as a student of so many of your helpful videos. Submitted my request the following Monday, submitted the follow-up "trap question" answers right away. Then the dreaded waiting period until Oct 27, out of the blue, an e-mail - APPROVED. There are some minor conditions, but I will cross that bridge later. No jab, no test, no mask, keep my job. Thank you so much and may God Bless you both and everyone you are helping. Also, love your positive attitude, during the dreaded wait I would re-listen to the videos preparing for the interactive (interrogation) session which fortunately never happened. Your positivity along with continuous prayer to God gave me hope.
