Thank you so much for all of the education and encouragement that you provide to us. What a blessing that is! You are such a blessing to us.  Your knowledge and passion are incredible. I am in the November concierge program and I was able to get my accommodation approved.  I work for XX Insurance Company.  Almost everyone is working from home (since March of 2020) and so there is no policy on the jab for returning to work because that isn’t upon us yet.  We are a self-insured company for our medical plan.  So they analyzed the numbers and found that hospitalized c19 patients cost them tons of dollars.  Come Jan 1^st, they will be charging non-jabbed employees $25 extra a pay for medical insurance.  Hence, my need to invoke my religious exemption.  I was pretty overwhelmed when I came to your site and saw all of the information.  I listened to lots of videos and didn’t really know how to tie it all together and what I might be missing in listening to the videos.  I really liked how you formatted the concierge program and grouped things together.  That was helpful.  When you talk about the documents, it was helpful for you to show us where they were located on the website.  Once I got the hang of it, it was easy.    I have to say that I answered my questions and re-answered them, again and again.  I knew what I wanted to say, but struggled to get it into words.    I am happy with what I wrote.  I realize that XX should not be charging this at all, but I just felt that I didn’t have the strength right now to tackle that and speak up about it.  We just buried my Aunt and Uncle Nov 3^rd  and Sept 1^st.  I was Guardian/POA for them and now executor and couldn’t add one more task to my plate.  They were like mother and father to us and it’s where we spent the last 50 years on holidays.  So it’s been tough.  Working full time and the timing of all of this has been a huge challenge, along with me recertifying for my professional certification (due in 2 weeks.) I have attached the questionnaire that I completed that XX approved. If it will help others, please feel free to share it.  I have redacted (Gosh I love that word in today’s environment… LOL) it so that XX and my information is not shown. Again,  thank you so much for doing what you do.  AND YES!  What you offer is way more valuable than what you charge.  I firmly believe that God led me to you.  When I first got the questionnaire and read it, I cried.  I had no idea how I was going to answer the questions.  Thanks to you and your passion for helping others, you have helped me immensely and I am so thankful for that. Good evening, I am so grateful for Peggy's help with my religious exemption.  Peggy is a very strong and effective teacher and I felt very empowered with what I learned from her.  Six weeks after submitting a request for an accomodation, it was approved! I am so happy and relieved!  What I thought was odd is that the email that said my accomodation has been approved also said that it is a temporary approval and will be reviewed periodically.  It mentioned the effective date as 1/5/22 with no end date.

I had my ‘meeting’ with HR today (zoom), and we discussed my accommodation. The discussion went better than I could’ve hoped for. I prayed and worshipped all morning before the meeting.  At the end of the meeting, the woman said me that she respect that as I Christian I had prayed for her and the decision-making committee. She leaned into the camera and smiled and said “I’m a Christian too”.  I felt so much love for her and so much joy.  I don’t know exactly what the decision will be, but I know that God is soooo good, and everything will be ok.  I’ll keep you posted.  Thanks for being there.
