This is a better way for us to stay in touch!

There is nothing you need to do for now (other than read, share and comment on the substack newsletter and articles as they are emailed to you a few times each week.

I want to give a very special thank you to all those who have been with me here on THE HEALTHY AMERICAN since Day One.

My goal is to educate, encourage and empower you to "read between the lies" of the oppressors and to develop the skills of critical thinking so you won't be bamboozled, duped and snookered into giving up, giving in and giving away your freedom.

I spend nearly every waking hour dedicated to serving you and serving God as we shine the light of truth and help awaken others in the process.
