Thank you for your outpouring of encouragement, financial support and prayers. Our Healthy American family is the best! Yesterday, I gave a video update here about what happened in court on Monday.

To summarize, justice has yet to be served, and a new hearing has been scheduled for March. My attorneys and opposing counsel will both be compelled to submit briefs on the issue of "mootness" at the next hearing. I am fighting this every step of the way.

The County is trying to argue that since the California Dictator terminated the "emergency" yesterday, that this action against the County is "moot" -- meaning any court action would have no effect.

But none of that makes any sense.

For example, you must halt at EVERY stop sign. You can't say, "Well, I halted at all the prior stop signs, so why do I have to stop at this one?" This is exactly the kind of flimsy defense of the county. It makes no difference if you had meetings previously; you must continue to have them during an emergency, according to the law.

Further, if you got a parking ticket for parking in a red zone and later the city paints that curb white, you are still liable for the previous ticket!

Because I stand on principle, believe in truth and justice, and want to battle for what is right, I took on this challenge. In retrospect, I should have dug deeper and asked more questions about how this lawsuit could unfold. I assumed it would be as easy as the Judge immediately ordering the county to obey the law – since the law is clear – with no discretionary input required.

I am even considering filing a judicial complaint against the judge for delaying justice. The case was assigned to him in early January, and he keeps delaying. That is a violation of the 2022 California Rules of the Court.

It's been difficult and disheartening to witness the county attorneys' flagrant obstruction of justice, the lies, and deceit. It is astonishing how slimy these attorneys can be. After painting themselves into a corner, rather than advising the county to obey the law, they are doubling down.

I will never stop standing for truth. I will never stop encouraging and empowering others.
