Thank you to the entire “The Healthy American” team. Your content over the past two years has been invaluable during a time when many were searching for solutions to issues they had never encountered. You’ve helped to empower so many over that time. Your information will continue to assist in other parts of our lives. Thank you for connecting all of us. If it ever attempts to impart these or similar requirements in the future, more employees will know that they possess human rights that a fictitious legal entity known as a corporation can never take away. Requirements, mandates, policies, and orders are not laws. They are merely suggestions that require consent from both parties. Members of The Healthy American did not consent. I’m proud of each one of us that stood for her/his rights and wouldn’t allow to be pushed around by a relentless bully. This corrupt company broke federal law, one in particular that it requires its employees to be aware of by way of annual training. This hypocritical company broke its own policies, policies written in its Employee Handbook and Code of Ethics. This fraudulent company proved that its EthicsLine is nothing more than a stunt, a cover for a fair and well-functioning employee relations department. Whether it had planned to drop its requirements in April all along or whether the employees that proudly stood against the dangerous and humiliating testing and facial covering rituals had some role we may never know. It now knows that there is a group and from what I’m hearing, a growing group that has no intention of following unjust orders. People are waking up. Thank you, Peggy.

Dear Peggy, Olivia and everyone else at The Healthy American, I can't thank you enough for all of your education and encouragement! We did it! We did it without an attorney! Healthcare workers in our facilities are no longer required to test as a condition to work! People are thrilled and those who were barred from work are now able to return! What an incredible journey this has been!! It's not completely over, but this is a HUGE win. Thank you so much for all of the education, support and encouragement. Thank you for giving others the courage to stand up for themselves. Thank you for all the wonderful resources- videos, documents, consulting calls, education on OSHA, Supreme Court Rulings, EEOC etc - it's worth every penny and then some! The biggest take away- do the work and read the original documents! Stop depending on hearsay! We sent very polite, personal emails and attached the letter to our employer. The letter is generic and may be used at any healthcare facility. Long Term Care Facilities may fall under different CMS rules. Thank you for speaking the truth. Thank you for spreading light through the darkness. Thank you for helping us continue to do the jobs we love. THANK YOU!
