Dear friends,

YOU are what keeps me going after all these months of research, writing, speaking, creating and sharing videos!

Your stories of trials and triumphs, set-backs and successes flood my in-box and provide the fuel for me to keep going.

That is my rally cry as we start out this New Year 2021:

"Take heart; take action; keep going!"
