Health Care Agency - Approve retroactive agreement GOVOPS-C2084 with California Government Operations Agency for Vaccine Equity Engagement Program, 5/1/21 - 1/31/22 ($4,500,000); approve retroactive amendment 1 to agreement MA-042-21011445 with Multi-Ethnic Collaborative of Community Agencies for COVID-19 community outreach and engagement services, 4/13/21 - 12/31/21 ($4,500,000; cumulative total $8,000,000); and authorize Director or designee to execute agreement and amendment and to execute future amendments under certain conditions - All Districts
What is it?
The OC Board of Supervisors is voting to receive $4.5 million from the State (who got the money from FEMA) to pay volunteers, churches and other organizations $20 per vaccine given for the period of May 1, 2021 – Jan 31, 2022
The board also wants to retroactively approve and INCREASE a prior (pending) agreement with the state (FEMA money) from $4.5 million to $8 million for the period of April 13, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021.
WHY DO THEY WANT THIS BLOOD MONEY?
Plus, they want to vote to execute future agreements WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE BOARD.
This was agenda item #19 at the meeting of Jul 26, 2021; and the item was removed at the last minute due to pressure from We The People.
Now they have added it to the Supplemental Agenda under a different name.

Why reject it?
They are targeting the immigrant populations in Santa Ana, Anaheim and Garden Grove. This is RACIST and taking advantage of those who may not speak the language or be in fear of going against the government.
OC wants to get $4.5 million dollars from the State of CA (from FEMA) to pay blood money of $20 to “volunteers” or other entities for each person they coerce into getting vaccinate.
This is called a “Vaccine Incentive” of $20 per dose given.
Churches, schools and businesses are getting paid blood money at $20 per vaccine dose given.
This $4.5 is the largest award given (same amount is offered to San Diego) with other counties getting an average of $350,000
They also want to INCREASE the amount for 2021 from $4.5 million to $8 million.
Who is getting this money?
At least two of these organizations getting the millions are Vietnamese-owned.
Do is Vietnamese.
Chau is Vietnamese.
This is a total of $12.5 million dollars to inject poison into the population.
OC wants to vaccinate another 38,000 people, all of them in Anaheim, Garden Grove and Santa Ana. Why??? These are mainly immigrants, non-native English speakers, many who have come from totalitarian governments and will be less likely to refuse the vaccine.
There is no emergency. There is no need to coerce others into getting this unproven, dangerous and deadly drug.
VOTE NO on S25B
Any Supervisor voting in favor of receiving this money is incriminating themselves by perpetrating fraud.
Fraud is a felony and carries a prison sentence.
