INVOKING YOUR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION

Dear Friends,

Let me clear up a misconception.

Some people think that notifying your employer of your legal federal religious exemption is asking permission.

It is nothing of the sort.

You are not asking permission -- you are invoking your God-given rights, as protected under Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act.

The problem is that some employees are not invoking their religious beliefs; instead but they are including their personal, philosophical, political, or societal views -- and that is resulting in their exemptions being denied.

Further complicating things is that some employers -- like Kaiser, Amtrak and the American Red Cross -- are either ignorant, incompetent or intentionally trying to dupe their employees.

There are others equally egregious in their blatant discrimination -- such as most school districts and college employers in CA and most government agencies in NY.

My husband Pastor David and I are on the front lines of this religious battle -- and many Healthy Americans are fighting with us as well.

Can you imagine being put on unpaid leave or terminated if you...

- refused to sleep with your boss?

- told your boss you had AIDS?

- came to work with a broken leg?

That is no different than being persecuted because of your religious beliefs.

Peggy: I found that since there has been so much discrimination against those who submit a “Christian” exemption with Bible verses, that I needed to present a different one, but yet remain true to my faith in God Creator. This is why I leaned upon my Native Heritage in my exemption. As a traveling Medical assistant I am exposed to hundreds of Patients weekly, this has allowed me a birds eye view into how this innoc is affecting those who have received it. I can testify that this poison is definitely causing grave harm to all who receive it, and now patients are flooding in with life altering ailments. God is using you most definitely in this battle against the satanic attack upon humanity. It is my sincere conviction that this dna altering innoc is what Daniel spoke of, the Abomination that causes Desolation. The Temple of God resides in man, this dna desolates God temple in man. That’s why the darkness seeks to inject every man, woman, and child, he thinks he can stop Gods plan by desolating Gods ability to dwell in mans divine DNA. Keep up the good fight, I will be praying divine protection over you and your household, remember to anoint yourselves daily! You are dearly 🥰 loved!

Dear Peggy,
Thank you for all your advice. My company accepted my religious exemption. They approved it within 3 business days. They did not ask me for an follow-up interview. Everything was done online.
Because of your advice, my exemption letter went from 6 pages to 2. Your advice made my letter more concise and to the point. I was able to articulate my faith with a few Bible verses. Before you, I was afraid and depressed. Then God brought you into my life when I was browsing thru YouTube. After listening to your educational materials, I felt educated and endowered. I no longer feared but had hope. Even am sharing your videos and empowering others. I even had to nerve to contact Governor DeSantis regarding some solutions for displaced RNs. To look at alternative healthcare solutions such as integrative medicines/holistic clinics.

I am an HR Manager of a medical supply company. I was given your information from a next door neighbor/good friend. It was instantly enlightening.
