The government's manipulation of our weather is a FACT. I've made several films on the subject, and you can see my "weather playlist" here. The question then becomes "WHY?" are the evil-doers doing this? Many of these fires, earthquakes, and storms have devastated communities and displaced people, and it's no secret that the globalist plan includes concentrating the population and corralling people in urban areas. The infrastructure for these "smart cities" is already being built as globalists labor to "transform our world," which means less privacy, more restrictions, and a stifling of our liberties.
