And since you’ve been flexing your athletic muscles for the Nuvance Health Get Fit Challenge, now’s the time to put in your final surge! Double your number of workouts, or change them up! Don’t let the heat slow you down. Maybe hit the gym a couple of times instead of outdoor running, or throw in some extra weight sessions to build stamina as well as burn calories. Variety is the spice of getting fit!

Let no jog go unlogged! Don’t waste a single minute of your exercise in the Get Fit Challenge. Make sure it’s logged on wegetfit.org. This will give you your best chance to win amazing prizes. Just as important as the prizes, the real win is your health and fitness. Take a look at your goals and figure out if you can meet them before the Challenge ends on July 18! What do you want to achieve — 16, 25 or 50 workouts of 30 minutes? Go for it!
