Test Your Motivation with Nuvance Health Fitness Challenge
We all know energy begets energy, but it can be tough to get started. In the past year, many of us have spent too much time sitting and not enough time getting fit. Now’s your chance to meet your goals because the Get Fit Challenge has built-in incentives.
Incentive 1: Log your workouts! Register at WeGetFit.org and think about your goals. If you have a goal of 12 or 18, 25 or 50 workouts of 30 minutes each over the next several weeks, what are they going to be? Are you going to pick up kettlebells? Do you want to spend quality time on a treadmill? Will you go for a run? Log your workouts at WeGetFit.org and you’ll be on your way.
Incentive 2: Watch your workouts mount up! When you see how your workouts are adding up, and maybe see how your scale shows you’re shedding a few pounds, that’s great inspiration to keep going! Find a friend and focus on helping each other. Can you send a morning wake-up text? A daily evening workout check-in? Or, schedule a date each day to go for a walk around the block and destress?
