Dr. Richard Perkins of Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County, will present a talk on spinal disc replacement, a new surgical technique being offered at Northern Dutchess Hospital. Dr. Perkins is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. He has extensive training in non-operative and operative management of degenerative conditions and deformities of the spine.

talks are free and will be held at multiple locations throughout
Dutchess and Putnam counties. Registration is required so please call
