Subject: Runner's Weekly Training Schedule Sticky Note - I need your input 🙏

I designed some sticky notes that I use for my weekly running training schedules.

Before I go to market, I would greatly appreciate any input. The sticky notes come 50 sheets to a pad.

For example, maybe start with Sunday instead of Monday?
