I hope you enjoyed the free 
training schedule and log sheet I sent you the other day. If for some reason you can’t find it, or you accidentally deleted the schedule, you can download it again here:
I will be releasing one more book this year called, Long Run Motivation – 20 simple hacks to get your feet moving! Look for it the last week of December 2017. Next year I plan on releasing 
the 5th book in the series, Beginner to Finisher, about marathon training around the end of March. Stay tuned for more details in the weeks to come.

If you enjoyed the guide but are still undecided about running a half marathon you can check out my other books in the series, Beginner to Finisher, which were written for new runners. I know authors aren’t supposed to be biased about their
books however, there is no question that my two favorite books that I have written so far are Book #1, Why New 
Runners Fail, and Book #4,Beginner’s Guide to Half Marathons. Remember that all of my books in the series are 
FREE to read with Kindle Unlimited. I also have Audio versions of Book #1 and Book #4.
