I just returned from England running the Combative Movement Immersion Seminar and I have to tell you it was an awesome time!

The Two-Day seminar focused on developing in participants a deeper understanding of Guided Chaos’ unique “Body Movement Dynamics”.

Each day was also filled with hours of Contact Flow practice at the end of each exercise's progression to allow for further refinement of the qualities and attributes in the body necessary to defend oneself without having to think about what to do and when to do it.
At the end of the seminar they all noticed an appreciable difference in their movement where they could feel in their bodies that they just moved “better”.
