STEALING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AT THE PUMP Costing the financial industry $350,000 per day, scammers are installing near invisible credit card "skimmers" on gas pumps that read and collect thousands of credit cards enabling these scum bags to empty your bank account and/or run up your card balances. Watch both of these videos: the first shows how they do it but offers little advice except to monitor your accounts; the second recommends never using debit cards because then the theives have direct access to your bank, whereas credit cards at least offer some insulation from further theft. Of course you could always pay cash. 2 VIDEOS TO PONDER DEEPLY...  1-WHICH IS DEADLIER: KNIFE OR GUN? A HAND GUN IS USELSS IF YOU CAN'T GET IT OUT! Watch this video for a horrific example of the 21 Foot Rule: unless you're a quick draw expert, don't expect to stop a knife wielding maniac charging at you from under 21 feet away with gun fire. These armed cops got carved up like turkeys.   2-PC KILLED THE COP... "Faces of Death - Deputy Kyle Dinkheller Shot to Death" WARNING VERY NASTY GRAPHIC...REAL How many shots does it take to stop a man?  ....The crazy bad guy should have been taken down when he got in the Police Officer's face... His antics showed a serious sort of glee that I have encountered before serious sh*t went down...I believe that some psychos get off on the excitement of knowing they intend to kill someone and it makes them giddy and jumpy probably from the adrenaline rush....I do not know if the officer knew how to fight hand to hand....Or at least club the maniac...The officer should have hit him hard and fast....NEVER let someone who is clearly nuts get so close to you....Then he let the guy get back into the car and kept on telling him to drop the gun instead of shooting him fast as possible....So many variables in a real life and death fight....You can never rely on your handgun or even a rifle to take someone out quickly....This is why we teach what we teach....The way we teach it...No second chance when it is real....Too bad the officer did not have a 12 gauge in his hands at least...Not sure if there was one in the front seat with him...In Yonkers Police Dept. we had shotguns in the front seat...Ithaca Deer Slayers...Very fast...We rode with 2 man cars...except when I worked on 6 to 2 shift as backup car....Too sad...unnecessary....I believe the camera makes officers more prone to getting killed because they must follow bullsh#t PC rules of engagement...Instead of dropping the ass wipe instantly as he got too close...Makes me cringe....And want to pray...Can't second guess things like this I guess...Of course a jury would not allow an officer to hit someone who is unarmed and acting insane because they don't have the experience of the street...JP From one of our LEO Trainers: "We’ve been showing this video for years at the academy during the Use of Force class for recruits. Just a little background about the deputy, apparently he was one of the best shooters in his agency, however, he was disciplined for excessive force a week or two prior to this incident. The movement you see in the crazy guy’s truck is actually his dog.   When I discuss this video with recruits, I go over some of the same things you mentioned below like, taking control of the subject upon initial contact, not letting him get back to his truck, and if he does get back to the truck, don’t allow him to load his rifle. This video is always a huge eye opener with the recruits."
