The 4-day April 26-29th 2014 Boot Camp will be
intense and amazing.
This year we're making the two Guided Chaos/contact flow-focused days Saturday
and Sunday so those who can only come for the weekend can get the benefit of the unique GC material.
Monday will be GC Combatives and a real ass-kicking, dummy-slamming day
along with the 7 Scenario Training. This is the day to attend if you want
to learn how to hit HARD and FAST right now--and put it to use as soon
as you walk out the door. On Monday we will also show how GCC integrates into GC. Tuesday will be GC Groundfighting and way more intensive than last
time, with more aspects of training and how to keep from going to the ground in the first place.
Pricing and discounts will be mostly similar to last time:
--$200/day if you pay by the day.
--$700 for all 4 days (you save $100) via credit card.

| | | GCC INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION EXAM at BOOT CAMP |
| **GCC Instructor Certification Examinations during/after Boot Camp:
We will be testing candidates on Wednesday the 30th (and possibly after
training on the 26th-29th--depending on energy levels) so if you’re
prepared to take the 3 hour exam let us know ASAP as there’s a limited
number of spots available and you will probably need to retest as
failure rates are high. Exam fee is $300 with 2 free retests (and coaching--we want you to pass).

| NEW: GUIDED CHAOS INTERMEDIATE BELT RANKINGS
|
| Because of the intense level of instruction, dedication and learning taking place at the Elmsford GC HQ, we will be instituting for the first time the intermediate rankings of Guided Chaos Red and Brown Belt. These promotions will only be available at the Elmsford location.
Requirements for Red Belt will be perfect execution of all of the foundational GC drills: Ninja and Vacuum Walks (advanced), Long Step, Skater's Step, Backhand Step, Box Step, Starting the Mower, Rolling the Ball, Dry Land Swimming (back and front stroke), Washing the Body, Polishing the Sphere, Hackey Sack, Puppeteering plus the GCC techniques the Prow, CCUE, MLB and Fright Reactions drills. This list may be modified as necessary.
Requirements for Brown Belt will be all of the above plus a demonstrated competency in Contact Flow (we're not expecting you to be a killer--what we're looking for is a smooth application of the attributes trained in the above drills: Balance, Pliability, Body Unity, Sensitivity and Freedom of Action).
NOTE TO STUDENTS AT OUR OTHER NY SCHOOLS:
Remember: as regular GC students, you are entitled to the New Student 1/2 Price Discount on your first purchase of either the 5, 10 or Unlimited Monthly class packages at the Elmsford school.
