• Tina has 15 years experience training & teaching self protection under John Perkins, earning the rank of fifth-degree black belt in Perkins' revolutionary system of Guided Chaos (GC)—the second woman to do so during John's 50 years of teaching. As a nurse specializing in Maternal Child Health, she is deeply dedicated to empowering women to lead safer, more fulfilled lives.
