Folks, as a lifelong martial artist and military veteran, I’ve seen a lot of fighting systems and trained in a variety of pugilistic arts over the years. 

From wrestling in high school and later on learning Karate, Boxing and various weapons, I can tell you that Guided Chaos is the most unique fighting system ever devised, bar none. This is because the training focuses on developing your combative skills through “Principles of Universal Movement”.

From my first introduction to Guided Chaos (by a friend who used to train me in Karate) I was sold on it due to its simplicity and, equally important, how much fun it is to train.

I can tell you as an Instructor of the art I feel privileged to be able to share with others what the art has to offer.

Don’t get me wrong--I enjoyed when I trained in Karate and I enjoyed the company of the people that generally make up the Karate community and still do.

You see, rather than training in overly complex techniques that don’t work under the stress of real confrontations, we teach people to fight using "Dynamic Principles” that emphasize natural body movement and are applicable to all human beings so that you learn to move and fight better within the body you already have.

This is important because as you know, we’re not all Olympic athletes. Heck I’m not. But even if you are, each day of our lives we’re getting older and so it’s only natural that over time even the most elite among us will lose a step or two.

Personally, I find getting older a good problem to have because when you stop getting older you’ve basically stopped living. So I plan to keep this going on as long as I can. 

But why stop there?

► How about being able to train in an effective fighting art that you can literally train throughout your life, well into your advanced years and even as a senior citizen?

► How about being able to improve in things like balance, coordination and (as virtually all GC practitioners have described), overall body movement?
