However, we do not see the same name / email address as a user account for the GunAlert® App. Its okay if you did not use the same email address to log in to the GunAlert® App we can manually sync the app to your billing subscription!


Would you please reply/contact us with either the email address you have used to log in to the GunAlert® App or the the IMEI number found on the label on your device. We can use either to sync your subscription.
