However, she reported that not long after her marriage (again - to herself) she started experiencing problems.
She attended couples therapy.
She said it was because she was finding it difficult to satisfy her own high standards and perfectionism.
Apparently, couples therapy didn’t work, and in September she announced that she was divorcing herself.
(Again, not making any of this up)
I wonder who keeps the house and the dog?
Perfectionism, going it alone, burnout, second-guessing yourself, maybe even an unhealthy amount of self-criticism…
These sound familiar.
It sounds like every small-business owner I’ve ever met!!!
And especially music academy owners…
And this is why Nate and I have created the Founder’s Forum…
For several years, we have been working with the owners of larger schools.
Coaching, advising, consulting, and helping them with scaling.
We have noticed differences between owners of schools that are scaling towards the 7-figure mark and those that are earlier in their journey.
This is why the Forum is going to be different than other programs that Grow offers.
Overall, the Founder’s Forum focuses on helping music school owners transition from being hands-on operators to strategic CEO’s who lead their schools with purpose, clarity, and vision.
We do this by focusing on training in:
Leadership
Mindset
Marketing
Systems
Financial fluency
Work-life balance
How do we do this?
Not through courses…
But rather through community, conversations, coaching, and collaboration.
We are putting together a “dream team” of school owners who want to learn from Daniel, Nate, and each other.
Does this sound like a good fit?
If it does, just click the button below, and you will be the first to know more details about the Forum.
