A few months ago, the NYPD arrested a woman at the Bronx Zoo for trespassing.
Did she sneak in without a ticket?
Did she enter an employees-only area?
Nope.
She jumped the fence and entered the lion cage!

After her court appearance, a reporter caught up with her and asked her a number of questions about her daring escapade.
My favorite quote:
“I am the lion now!”
Now, I’m just happy that everyone came out of this situation happy and unharmed (including Mr. Lion… I think we all remember the poor gorilla that didn’t make it through a similar incident a few years ago)
And - as foolish an idea as this was… you have to admire her courage!
It takes guts to do something that your brain and your gut are telling you not to do.

The Courage to Make a Change
|

This week, I’ve sent you a few emails about beginning a group lesson program in your studio.
I’ve spoken to hundreds of studio owners about group. I ask them a simple question:
“Why not start a group program?”
The #1 objection to this idea is fear. Fear of failure, fear of their studio families, fear of change, and fear of losing income over such a big change.
This is why I created Successful Group Lessons.
I wanted to create a program that gave a step-by-step process for beginning a quality group program:
|
|
- What equipment to buy
- How to set up their studio room
- How to get parents on board
- How to schedule it
- What policies to set
- How to teach children in the group setting
- How to have success with multiple levels and ages in the same group
- How to run summer camps using the group format

If you have even a passing interest in group lessons, I invite you to download my free ebook on beginning a group lesson program.
|
|
|
When you do, you will receive more information about group lessons and the Successful Group Lessons training which begins on February 17th.
That information will include dates, training options, full details of the program, and costs.
If you do not, you won’t hear about group lessons again after this week.
Have a great day... and look out for tomorrow's email! You will get to hear feedback from a number of studios that have gone through our training program!
Very best, Daniel
