I believe that music studio and music school owners are far too shy when it comes to communicating with their potential customers and current clients.
They’re afraid of being “too noisy” on social media.
They’re afraid of “annoying” people who have reached out to them about lessons. They’re afraid to call, to post, to email, or to share their opportunity.
Here’s the thing…
If the potential client was interested enough to reach out… They want to hear from you. They are looking forward to it!
If the potential client is looking for what you have to offer…
Then you (or a team member) need to be dedicating a good portion of the week in communication with those people! And - if there aren’t a lot of people reaching out…
You (or a team member) need to be dedicating a good portion of the week finding, meeting, and communicating with people who do need what you are offering!
This isn’t rude. It’s not invasive.
It’s service. |
