Each month, I release live videos and written posts that focus in on topics that will help your business.

The issue with these videos and emails is they are a narrow slice of the truth.

Last month, I went on The Teacher Zone podcast with Chris Bates and Tyler Marolf.

During this interview, I had the time and space to lay out a complete system for running a successful studio business.

Here’s what we covered:

• The 6 “functions” of your business that drive growth and how they work: marketing, product, finance, team, operations, and executive
• There are no secrets left in studio marketing. You already know everything you need to know… so, what do you if you still haven’t reached your income goals?
• Great advice from Tyler on how they’ve changed the focus of their social media marketing, and how it’s impacted the students at their school
• “Earn more by doing less!”... It’s such a cliche’ phrase at this point. I actually explain how to do it in this interview.
• How I 3x’ed my revenue in 18 months… and (again) I show how to actually do this… not just give you empty platitudes
• You can’t create “more time.” You need help. My thoughts on growing and managing a team… whether you’re a studio of 30 or 3,000.
• Near the end, I talk about the “executive” function of the business… this is a topic that is often ignored by studio business coaches and consultants. In my opinion, this is the most important part of the interview, and contains material I’ve never publicly shared in any of my live videos, blog posts, or emails.
