How do you solve your studio’s marketing problem?
Is it getting good at ads?

Look Inside First
To know what to work on first, you need to set up a simple tool that gives you visibility on the most important numbers in your studio.
It is shocking to me when I meet a studio owner who can’t even tell me simple numbers like how many people reached out to them last month or how many students they have enrolled currently!
The great businessman W. Edwards Deming put it best when he said:
“It is not enough to do your best; you must know what to do, and then do your best.”
To know what to do… you must create a marketing dashboard.
This is a place where you will track all of the important numbers in your studio.
Your Marketing Dashboard
Once a month (or once a week), you need to find these numbers and put them on a spreadsheet:
Website traffic
Landing page traffic
Social profile traffic
Leads generated
Number of leads contacted
Number of new enrollments
Number of students unenrolling
Current enrollment on “x” day of month
This is a very basic list of data points you should keep track of.
Once you have compiled that information, you will begin to understand where your funnel is breaking down.
And then you’ll know exactly what to do next!
