Friend-

We are drawing to a close on the “Fall Rush” series of videos… just a few left!

I recently spoke with Molly who owns a studio with 100+ students in the western suburbs of Chicago.

In our last video, Meredith spoke about trouble getting students to commit to lessons after the trial lesson.

In this video, Molly talks about having difficulty keeping up with the volume of requests… and how to best organize the signup process. Molly’s biggest problem?

She is losing track of who has contacted her! Post-it notes, emails, notes in notebooks, voicemails… it can be easy to lose track of those who contact you.

We speak about her situation and challenges for about 10 minutes, and then transition into solutions.

In this video, you will learn:
  • More about my 100% effective signup process… And how it can be adapted to ANY studio’s circumstances
  • The “inbox” trick that I learned from a Fortune 500 productivity consultant
  • The psychological reasons that we procrastinate... and the subtle ways we self-sabotage ourselves when dealing with new families
  • Why I never ask new families if they want to “start”... and what I do instead
  • My ultra-efficient process to getting people to join as fast as possible
  • A simple “hack” that I used to stop losing track of new leads (I talk about this at about the 20 minute mark)
I didn’t mention this in the video… but if you do not have a way to keep track of people who have contacted you… you will lose the opportunity to follow up with those people over time.

You should never assume that if someone doesn’t get back in touch with you right away that they won’t sign up down the line. Keeping track of leads from past months and years can pay dividends over time.

We are SMACK in the middle of the fall rush season… you do not want to miss this video that can SUBSTANTIALLY improve your enrollment… and increase your conversion rate for new students!

Have a great week… I’ll send you another video next week!!!

Very best,
Daniel

PS> I have a special assignment for you! Was there a 30-60 second quote or part of this video that resonated with you? Let me know in the comments or email me back… tell me where in the video it is.
