As we close out the month of March, I want to show you how to succeed in April.

I answered almost two dozen questions about online lessons and studio growth in light of the current virus situation.

I did this by live streaming a Q&A with several hundred people last week.

Below are the links to the streams, plus transcripts of each stream (if you prefer to read).

On the first stream, I answered the following questions (plus many more):
  • (22:16) EXTREMELY VALUABLE ADVICE HERE! What if parents want to pull out of lessons and/or not pay?
  • (31:15) FREE MARKETING PLAN GIVEN HERE! How can I approach families who are unsure about online lessons and encourage them to make the switch?
  • (46:18) How do I retain my students during this time?
  • (58:22) What should my funnel of emails look like? I would love to know more about how to write a funnel for prospective students during this time.

On the 2nd Q&A, I answered another dozen questions. Here are a few examples of questions that I answered:
  • (22:06) Should we try to advertise to the entire globe since we’re online now?
  • (26:00) How should we teach a trial or introductory lesson with so many studios transitioning to online lessons during this time? What if they don’t have a piano at home?
  • (35:47) How do I go about setting a monthly price for online lessons?
  • (52:52) Should I keep my Google ads running during coronavirus? Should I modify them?
  • (59:00) Any new miracle recommendation for communication with overwhelmed parents?
Again, that’s just a small sampling. The complete list of questions, the video, and the transcript are available at the link right here:

I spent a lot of time creating these resources for you! I hope you get use out of them.

Have a great week!

Very best,
Daniel
