Subject: Ending scheduling nightmares for your studio

Today’s email comes from my vault of unreleased interviews. This one is short, practical, and fun (Sarah and I laugh quite a bit in this one).

The topic of today’s interview? How I’ve ended scheduling headaches in my studio.

Now, a forewarning… this interview was done when I was investigating a program called Acuity. This program has been adopted by many teachers, including Sarah (a coaching client of mine).

Since this interview, I have actually adopted Acuity… and I love it.

In this video, you will learn:
  • Why many teachers love Acuity more than the scheduling systems built into popular programs like My Music Staff and Music Teacher’s Helper
  • Who should use… and who should not use Acuity (useful for those who are currently unhappy with scheduling in their studio)
  • How Sarah used Acuity to “train” her studio parents
  • My philosophy on handling studio parents… and why your scheduling headaches actually have very little to do with scheduling
  • A “mini-script” that I use when speaking to parents… one that relieves stress about scheduling misunderstandings (you might save a family from quitting with this tidbit)
A final thought…

Is there a link between your scheduling solution and your studio growth?

Absolutely!

As I mentioned in yesterday’s email, growing your enrollment or revenue isn’t about one “tactic” or “secret hack.”

It’s about your business as a whole. It’s about the system into which you bring a new family.

Your scheduling system speaks to your customer service. It can create value for a family… or a hassle.

And how you communicate that value is the difference between a studio parent valuing you and your studio… or taking you for granted.

Fortunately, I have an entire MODULE on effective communication with studio families in Studio Marketing Masterclass.

Next week, you’ll have an opportunity to get a sneak peak into this “studio growth system.”

Just a few more days…

See you tomorrow!

Very best,
Daniel
