I'd like to confess to you, dear reader, my biggest weakness.

I have no trouble airing my dirty laundry out here in the email or on my blog. I've been doing it for a year and a half now.

When I began my career.... I suffered a stunning lack of imagination when it came to delegating. 

I like things done a certain way. I have my weird little quirks.

What I'd REALLY like is a clone of myself! That way I could be sure that everything is being done just the way I like it!
OK, maybe I have two weaknesses... delegation and making bad puns


I've gotten better as I've aged, but hiring has always been a tough process for me. This is still an area that I have to think a little bit harder on.

It has gotten easier with time! The more I hired folks in the various music companies I've owned or consulted with... my skills have improved.

I want to share what I've learned, so...

I am in the process now of writing a HUGE resource about how to create an effective, simple hiring process for a music studio of any size.

I will give this away in ebook format... just like my Facebook guide. This isn't a lead-in to a product of some sort. 

I'm just writing this and giving it away.
