Is there anything holding your studio back that you can’t find with a simple Google search?
Consider ANY of these topics…
How to teach group lessons
How to improve your skills as a music educator
How to find qualified teachers to teach for your studio
How to get more students for your studio
What to put on your studio’s website
Resources to get your students more engaged
Professional development resources for our industry
How to teach online music lessons
There are tons of free resources out there that you can utilize.
Past that, there are even more in- depth resources available to you in professional development groups that are well worth the monetary investment.
So… if this is true...
Why do so many teachers feel burnt out and underpaid in their careers?
That’s the topic that I focus on in my most recent video.
And - the short answer is that in surveying hundreds of studio owners we found 4 common issues that held teachers back.
4 Reasons That Music Studio Owners Feel Stuck
Here they are:
1/ They didn’t have support. They didn’t have high-quality feedback on what they were doing.
2/ They had weak support. They mistook low-quality feedback for high-quality feedback.
3/ They felt paralyzed by an overabundance of information. In other words, they HAD done all those Google searches I mentioned above… and now they weren’t sure what to do with all the information.
4/ They had the information… but they lacked accountability and / or motivation. This is the more honest version of #3. In other words...
...there was something going on inside their head that prevented them from taking action on the very thing that would improve their career, their teaching, their studio, and their income!
What’s the solution?
I discuss this in complete detail towards the end of the video that we released yesterday on YouTube and Facebook… if you haven’t listened yet, you can do so here:
