Do you work with your ideal client?
Many business owners try to attract more clients and grow their business by working with everyone. They believe they can have more clients if their niche is as broad as possible. And I have heard many times business owners saying “we work for everyone who we can help”.
Well, the reality is different and the most successful businesses are those that clearly know their ideal client. And the narrow their niche, the better results they have. I remember myself, when I narrowed my niche several years ago, my revenues doubled.
