Do you embrace AI or fear it?

It's hard to ignore the growing presence of AI today, and it's made a big splash in the photography world when Adobe started officially releasing its AI Generative tools in Photoshop. Plus, no doubt you've seen some of those dreamy AI-generated interior photos, right?

With all this incredibly technology, does this mean that we'll become obsolete soon?

I don't think so.

There are things that AI just cannot replace about a human, and I'm banking on there always being a need for a human touch in our industry. And when it comes to interiors and architecture specifically, we're even more needed!

Our latest Field Note looks at some reasons why we will not be replaced by AI.

In fact, I think any service that is performed by a human will just continue to increase in value.

Get feedback from the rest of the community at our next virtual happy hour!

Thursday, June 27th, brings our first Quarterly Peer Photo Critique. We'll be doing these once a quarter in lieu of our usual happy hour so that we can give each other instant feedback to keep on improving!

Like our usual happy hours, this event is members-only, with the zoom link found in the FB group Events tab.

Bring 1-2 photos that you'd like to get feedback on, and be prepared to share your thoughts on others' work as well! We'll do as many as we can within 2 hours, hopefully giving everyone in attendance specific things to work on moving forward.
