We all get to decide what sort of usage is permitted with our photos, but I bet you've had at least some homeowners want to get copies of the photos for their own personal keepsake.

In my rates for interior designers, I actually include personal usage by the homeowners in my rates! Still, there needed to be a clear way of communicating to them what they could and could not do with the photos.

I recently created a simple PDF document that I include when I deliver final photos to my clients, and this document is for them to pass on to THEIR clients! It simply lets them know that I have given them limited use rights for personal usage, and then it lays out what they can and cannot do with the photos. It includes my contact information so that if they want to do anything on the "not allowed" column, they can reach out and arrange that with me.
