Subject: How should you charge for vacation rental shoots?

Why vacation rentals are NOT the same as a sale listing + DC this Saturday!

Happenings this week

Vacation Rentals vs RE

Have you considered shooting vacation rentals? If you've been approached for this type of shoot, chances are that the client expected the same rates as a real estate listing shoot. And while vacation rental listings are lower priced than interior photography, they should absolutely be higher than a sale listing shoot!

If you're not quite sure what the differences are or how to explain them to your client, we have another great blog post that talks about just that! Take a look and let me know - do you charge more for vacation rentals than you would for a sale listing?
