If you're in the U.S., yesterday was the day to celebrate freedom. Other than being a great day to get together with loved ones and eat all sorts of delicious food, it's also a good day to take a moment to think about the freedoms you have!

So on this Independence Day, I was thankful for the freedoms I do have, and I was thankful for the opportunity to continue fighting for freedoms I do not yet have. As a woman, as a Latina, as an immigrant, and as a business owner, I know it's important to keep speaking up for freedoms and rights for myself and others like me.
