Life's Greatest Adventure!

Self-observation is the most important tool that we have on our greatest adventure. If we really want to discover who we are, and understand our own true nature, then we need to practice self-observation on a daily basis either in meditation or throughout our day to day lives. Preferably both!
We are told that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience, but for most of us this is just hearsay. How can we really know? We need to go deep within, explore our own nature, and discover the truth of our being, for ourselves. I'll say more about this in this week's blog post, so look out for that in your inbox on Friday!
Soul Astrology is the Astrology of our inner world. It is a tool that can support us in our self-exploration for those who are interested. Esoteric Astrology tells us that the Universe is a great being of which we are part. We are part of God. yet how can we know this? By expanding our perception far enough, and we do this by self-observation.
Of course we don't need astrology to practice self-observation, but it is self-observation which differentiates Soul Astrology from other forms of astrology. It is self-observation that brings it to life, making it a living intuitive astrology. Soul Astrology is the study of light and energy from within, by observing the interplay of energy within yourself, and then using astrological language to relate this to your experience. For example if you have Aquarius Sun, Moon or Rising Sign, are you aware of how you flow your energy?
