Have you noticed how you flow your energy? Recently I was talking on my Facebook Astrology page about energy (using the example of Mars in Aries). I was talking about a technique called reframing which not only helps us to be clearer about what our strengths and talents are (by looking at our so-called negative traits and identifying the underlying neutral energy) but it can be an effective tool to cultivate deeper self-awareness, if we apply the technique wholeheartedly.
The key to our success in so many areas of life lies not only in technique but in how we apply ourselves. We could call it attitude but it goes even deeper than that. It is really about how we flow our energy. If we are mindful during a technique (such as reframing), we will see our energy shift and flow differently. Read more in this blog post "Beyond Words"
As an exercise, look at this beautiful and poignant collection of photographs from US photographer Brian Sokol. He had the idea to photograph refugees with the one possession that they were able to take with them as they fled their homes. As you be with the pictures, notice how your energy is flowing. That's all, it's just more information about yourself as you continue your own journey of self-exploration.
