Why I love this book-
Right off the bat let me tell you that I published this book, because I am familiar with and believe in the power of Anya's work. Everything she does is imbued with healing energy. This book is a collection of tenets (verses) for spiritual guidance and healing.
In my own practice I find that meditating on them one at a time, gradually leads one into depth, stillness, and inner peace. I have also received powerful spiritual guidance in dreams, by reading a tenet before bed and going to sleep contemplating it. I sincerely believe there is profound truth transmitted through these verses.

I'm very familiar with Eckhart Tolle's work and find "In The Light of A New Day" very helpful in the same way as I did with "Practicing The Power of Now".
