Our heart's essence IS our essence. In other words, our true nature is our heart's essence, but we can't know what that means from the intellect.

It is only once we have realized the awakened heart of bodhicitta, through our Soul's experiences in Aquarius, that we come to know the truth of our heart essence for ourselves. In that realization comes the deep knowing of our connectedness to all that is. It is our heart essence that connects us.

In it's journey through the twelve Zodiac signs, spending up to eight lifetimes in each sign, our Soul finally arrives at the sign unconditional love and compassion. In Esoteric Astrology, the sign of Pisces is referred to as the World Savior, but we are not referring to an individual here.

The Ego would love to think "I Am a World Savior" but that cannot ever possibly be. The 'Savior' in this sense, is the fully awakened collective human heart of humanity. Remember, once the Soul arrives at Pisces it has already p[assed through the lessons of collective consciousness in Aquarius.

In Leo we experience individual heart awakening, in Pisces we are talking about collective heart awakening: the realization that we are all connected through our heart essence. Once we are all fully spiritually awakened, then 'all hearts beat as one' and we will have reached the sacred heart of humanity.

Pisces is the last stage of our Soul's journey and as such is the most transcendent. Once the fully awakened Soul has reached the sign of Pisces, we have transcended all duality, labelling and form. For this reason Pisces is often known as the selfless sign, but this can lead to great misunderstandings from the perspective of our ego-self.

Ego, in it's simplest definition, is the belief, feeling, or sense that there is a 'me' in here. In Tibetan Buddhism, the highest wisdom is said to be the wisdom realizing emptiness. This means fully awakening to the truth that there is no 'me'. In other words, there's no-one driving the bus!

Countless sages and yogis throughout all time tell us that experiences happen, but no 'experiencer' can ever been found. What we sense and experience as our Self, is actually 'empty' of any inherent existence. It is illusory in nature in the fact that it's apparent existence is an illusion created by our thoughts, images and sense impressions.

The Soul ruler of Pisces is Pluto, and the experiences of Pluto can bring the deepest wisdom realizing emptiness, to those who are ready. Pluto, at the personality level, is associated with destruction. The lessons of Pluto can be harsh. Pluto can 'destroy' everything we cling to, so we are left in the place of no attachments. From there we are left only with the essence of who we really are, beyond illusion. In this way, Pluto points to that which is indestructible: that which remains after everything has gone, is the very nature of who we are - the indestructible essence of our heart.

It is our heart's essence that is truly indestructible and goes forward lifetime after lifetime, endlessly. There is no sense of 'me' in this heart essence. There is no self. It is a truly heart-centered selfless state. This is the boundless unconditional love of Pisces. The love that transcends all sense of self and other. Transcendent love.

The highest Soul lesson of Pisces is that love really is all, and love does go on. Selflessly. Only when we have fully realized this transcendent state for ourselves will we begin to understand the Tibetan's higher keynote for Pisces:
