RIGHT NOW in sam.gov there is a sources sought out to be able to get on the EMERGENCY CONTRACTOR LIST.

"Tyndall AFB is seeking contractors who would be able to assist in the recovery of the base after a natural disaster or other emergency situation /event and those that may be interested in upcoming projects. Those that respond will be added to a master list for use if/when a need arises. Being on this list does not preclude the government from releasing a formal solicitation if time permits."
