Here is a bit about Matthew

"I am proud to represent small business clients in matters relating to federal government contracting. This representation includes in bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the FAA's Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition, in agency-level claims, in appeals at the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and in size or status protests at the U.S. Small Business Administration.

I have experience representing individual and corporate clients in a range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation (e.g., breach of contract actions and business-related torts), insurance-defense actions, and intellectual property litigation. I am practiced in pretrial litigation, and have experience preparing and responding to pleadings; conducting informal fact investigations and formal discovery, including taking and defending party and non-party depositions; motion practice; and advocating for clients at hearings and in mediation.

I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Kansas and Missouri; the United States District Court for the District of Arizona; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh, Ninth, and District of Columbia Circuits; and the Court of Federal Claims. My Arizona license is currently inactive."
