Subject: Small Businesses get a Boost with new 2018 Act

While you were enjoying your time off from work over the holidays the government was actually working. 

The Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship signed into law S.3562 - Small Business Runway Extension Act of 2018. 

The small business size determination standards previous 3-year average has been changed to a 5-year average under your primary NAICS code. 

This means that growing small businesses can remain small for longer periods of time.
