Please help yourselves by reviewing and signing Senator Ben Cardin, Ranking Member of the Senate Small Business Committee, intends to offer amendments to the NDAA that would raise sole source thresholds for individually-owned 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB and WOSB from $4/ 6.5/ 7 million to $8/10 million. In addition, it would remove the burdensome “rule of two” requirement for sole source awards to WOSB/EDWOSBs, SDVOSBs and HUBZone certified companies through the next fiscal year.
