The 30 Day challenge will begin

Here are some tips for your upcoming calls:
Listen! Don't just hear the words and be jumpy to respond, actually listen and allow what it is being said to permeate into your brain and truly understand it.
Take Notes! We all have different learning styles so whichever way you prefer to take notes do it. Write, them, type them, draw them.
Ask Questions! I know sometimes the group and content might be overwhelming but this is YOUR time. If you do not understand something, simply ask What, Why or How?
Do as Eric suggest! Don't overthink just do. I know that sometimes we don't feel ready enough, but if we wait till we are perfectly ready then we will be waiting forever. Just trust the process of an expert and do, if you do you will soon verify that it works.
