Dr. Krystal Nerio comes to us with an incredible story that truly makes her a Giant.
San Antonio native, Krystal grew up and the thought of having her own successful business never crossed her mind. After finishing high school at the age of 16 she made the choice to join the Air Force to increase her chance of not becoming a statistic.
After spending time serving our Nation in the Air Force, she returned to the United States and worked for a diverse group of both small and large businesses. She then also eventually managed and oversaw the Air Force Mentor Protege Program. It was then, when her last employer who successfully graduated from 8a that encouraged her to take the leap of faith and start her own business, but Krystal kept pushing it off saying she was not ready and wanted to continue on her course of obtaining her PhD. Fortunately for her, he sold his company and she was left deciding what to do with the next chapter in her life.
That is when Prosperitus Solutions was born. Prosperitus is a medical logistics staffing. The company has more than 35 years- experience in business and contract management, business development and leadership. Their skill sets include medical services, information technology, logistics, finance, marketing and human resources. And boy, have they been successful in the government space with Krystal’s leadership.
