"If you have capability, don't give up because the nation needs you. It's just as simple as that. You know, come in every day. Learn from your successes and failures every day, how to get a little bit better at maneuver in the government space. Talk to people who are in that space. You'd be surprised how helpful they're willing to be both government and industry because everybody is looking for new sources and and and be a mentor to the next guy who wants to get in the space because fundamentally we're all in this together."

Elliott Branch is truly a once in a lifetime individual who is absolutely brilliant.

Mr. Branch was the Director of Contracts for the Naval Sea Systems Commnad. If you did not know they are the largest or next to the largest single buying activity in the federal government.

Our team here at Govcon Giants just happened to catch him a cool 6 weeks out of retirement at the time of this interview. We are very lucky to be the first ones to have him on the show.
