As an advisor to the Miami Bayside Foundation, US Southern Command, Homestead Air Force Base and many other organization. Orlando develops organized workshops and has presented from many organizations including Miami Dade College, SBDC, and SCORE, mostly aimed at small businesses. He is the recipient of the U.S Small Business Administration South Florida District and State of Florida Small Business Advocate of the year for 2016 and 2018.
