Since launching AlchemyGov, our BD services, a couple months ago, there has been many changes and learning opportunities, but most of all GROWTH.

We are contracting Business Developers, Capture Coordinators, and three (3) Research Assistants that has time, skills, and passion.  If you have a strong desire to learn Business Development, Capture, and how to Research, we may have an opportunity for you.

Time Requirements:

• BD and Capture: 15 hours/week (each)

• Research Assistant: 10 hours/week

Below are the current positions and their responsibilities to be filled:

Business Development Lead:

• Open Doors to Opportunities

• Develop relationship with Primes and Agencies

• Review TML, Forecast

• Respond to Sources Soughts 

• Implement Call and Email strategy 

• Find and qualify opportunities

Capture Coordinators Responsibilities:

• Continue qualifying the opportunities

• Continue to learn about agency needs toward the specific requirement.

• Determine how to be competitive for each opportunity

• Research past contracts and their pricing

• Determine Proposal theme, if needed

• Work with proposal writer, if needed, to convey all lessons learned and communicate competitive edge into the proposal
