I met Mr. Montalvo during the SAME Small Business Conference in Nashville earlier this month. ICE has extensive past performance within the Federal Arena and has their Projects Managers running the show. I know I have given you my take on what is is to be a good PM but I wanted you to hear someone else's experience and knowledge on this matter.

Here is a bit more about Mr. Montalvo.

Mr. Montalvo is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and certified by USACE in Construction Quality Management. Mr. Montalvo has managed multiple MILCON projects consisting of road improvements, facilities SRM, and development of RFPS. He also specialized in Cost Estimation and Project Scheduling. He is proficient in the use of Primavera and MSProject and RSMeans Cost Works Software for Cost Estimation.

Mr. Montalvo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida State University as wells an Associates in Architectural/Drafting and Technical Drafting.
