Here's directions on how to Login to your New AAO back office...it's a bit confusing so this will make it much easier I hope.

1.Go to your website www.aaoww.com/yourusername

2 Click the SHOP NOW button, top right of page (no log in button on front page)

3. When page loads click MEMBER LOGIN, top right of page

4.Enter your username and password and you will now get to your new back office and you will place your order here, do not order from anywhere else.

5. You will see ORDER at top of page, choose what it is you want to order and then you will be taken to the shipping info page, fill out info and click CONTINUE

6.You will fill out your billing info. Please make not of a small window that displays “eWallet (Balance 00.00)” because you will come back to this after you ADD NEW CREDIT CARD, once you have that info filled out click continue.

7. Review your info and click YES you agree to terms, then click CONFIRM & SAVE

8. When page opens with your order on the right look for the small window again displaying “eWallet balance 00.00”, click the down arrow, you will see your cc info so click that and now it will be displayed in that window. Now a window below that will be where you enter you Card Security Code. Then scroll down to DO YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS, it is defaulted to NO so click down arrow and choose YES I agree. Then you click PROCESS ORDER… lots of people are ordering at the same time so be patient as the system could be a little slow.

9. You will a confirmation with an order #
